Project Management Services
Program Management, LLC provides project management services to support all areas of project management such as site assessment, system requirements, specification writing, vendor pre-qualification, solicitation, bid review, scheduling, budget control, contract management, implementation, turnover and closeout. We have PMP-certified project managers available who use PMI Project Management standards in applying our knowledge and experience and using a common sense approach. The focus is to define, schedule, coordinate and accomplish the project activities and manage the quality and execution of these tasks. Our project managers are experienced in teambuilding, problem solving and conflict resolution so the focus remains on completing the project activities and accomplishing the project goals. We identify and resolve issues before they affect the job so project schedule and budget are not impacted. We will work seamlessly with your company to accomplish the project objectives and communicate with your project stakeholders on a regular basis.
Site Management Services
Program Management, LLC’s original support service is our site management services. Program Management, LLC site managers are experienced former and current construction and installation superintendents and site managers who know the importance of properly coordinating building and installation trades and managing schedules in coordination with the project objectives. We successfully manage projects by preparing, reviewing and executing the implementation plan with project principals throughout the job and applying project control measures to support scheduling, coordination and action item requirements. We conduct short term planning as it relates to the overall implementation plan and review the quality of work throughout the project to advance startup and commissioning activities and expedite turnover and project closeout. Our site management resources have successfully completed OSHA 29 CFR 1910 training and are committed to supporting a safe work environment. Program Management, LLC will also support any additional reporting, contract or organizational project requirements.
Industrial Engineering and Operation Design Services
Program Management, LLC industrial engineering and operations management resources are experienced in conducting studies with the overall objective of eliminating processing inefficiencies and improving productivity. Our structural engineers have completed several studies in manufacturing and distribution plants on floor-mounted and overhead material handling systems as well as platform and catwalk installations. These studies include structural condition, code conformance and load rating studies and the design of fall protection arrest systems to safeguard employees.
